Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items must not be damaged, soiled, or altered. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. 2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact our support team at support@swayish.com or call+91 844 5851266 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to: Swayish, A5, Floor 1, Mansa Cottage, A5 Officers Enclave Phase 2, Pilikothi Road, Haldwani, Nainital, Uttarakhand, 263139. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval of your return. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
